Automation

WorldPower offers lithium ion battery module support services to high-end clients in sectors such as medical equipment, smart homes, garden tools, and two-wheelers. These clients demand high-quality, efficient R&D, comprehensive equipment, and quick responses. They also require small, multiple batch deliveries. Given these customer needs and the current state of automation equipment, we have collaborated with equipment suppliers to develop a modular, detachable, and rapidly adaptable automatic PACK assembly line. This allows for efficient delivery of various models. One such assembly line is already operational, and another is expected to be ready by mid-October.

WorldPower is committed to maintaining a high-quality product line, strictly adhering to the ISO-9001 quality system. Our goal is to be a benchmark enterprise in the industry, and to achieve this, we have attracted a team of exceptional manufacturing management talents. We place significant emphasis on the advanced manufacturing concepts and technologies in the new energy industry, and continually introduce various automated manufacturing equipment. Currently, we have 8 battery assembly lines, 1 battery welding line, 1 front-end processing line, 1 finished product packaging line, and nearly 4,000 aging cabinets, ensuring 100% aging shipment. Our production line is equipped with BMS test equipment, semi-finished product tester, air tightness tester, ultrasonic, dispensing machine, sorting machine, automatic spot welding machine, and other equipment and instruments. To enhance quality information, we introduced the production MES system in June 2019, making every critical product link checkable and controllable.
